Thanks for sending me the article on why people leave companies. It seems a perfect discussion point for our upcoming meeting given all we have been talking about and your recent engagement scores.  I think you will agree we have discussed endlessly the points about bureaucracy, passion, development and growth and pretty much everything else on the list.

As we have seen, the status quo is no longer acceptable – anywhere and in any firm.  The future is here and the time to make the shift is now…lets just hope its not too late!
